Temia Robinson from Coonamble and Sailor Ryan from Gulargambone represented the area proudly at the Regional Academies of Sport Award Night, last Tuesday 24 February.
The two locals were flown to Sydney on Monday last week for the ceremony on Tuesday night.
The Far West Academy of Sport board nominated Temia for a Leadership Award and Sailor for an Indigenous Athlete of the Year Award.
