In welcome news for producers, work on replacing the Beni Creek Bridge rail crossing has been completed early and is expected to be open to freight trains in mid-May.
Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) will commence testing on Monday 11 May, and normal operations are expected to resume soon after assuming successful commissioning.
