Coonamble and Gulargambone will see new housing options for vulnerable young people aged 18 to 24 years as they transition from crisis accommodation to the wider world.
With funding of $1.65million through the Regional Youth Investment Program approved in mid-2023 and around $330,000 contributed by Coonamble Shire Council, three purpose-built units – two 2-bedroom units in Yarran Street Coonamble and one 3-bedroom unit in Kirban Street Gulargambone will be completed in the next few weeks.
