Emergency services were called to Gulargambone Road, Bourbah, around 6pm on Friday 19 June after a ute rollover trapped two passengers inside the vehicle.
Coonamble State Emergency Service (SES)Commander John Lewis understands the wet conditions led the ute to roll off the dirt road.
He said first responders found the car on its side and two female passengers, aged 77 and 57, were unable to get out.
The Rural Fire Service, local police and SES successfully worked together to free the women.
