It's a well-trodden tradition to stop and stand to pay respect as a funeral procession passes along Coonamble's streets.
On Friday 20 February, observers were in for an rare surprise when two horses trotted the central business district with a wagon carrying the casket of Greg Robinson.
His son Stuart says the family thought it would be a fitting way to bring the former stockman from the memorial service at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church to his final resting place at Coonamble Cemetery.
