Coonamble Jockey Club’s now-cancelled Autumn Race Meeting was this year be known as the Rob (Sal) Canham Memorial Twilight Meeting in honour of the Club member who passed away suddenly on 26 January 2018.
According to family members Mr Canham, brother of former jockey and retired western region starter Raymond (Icey) Canham, was never a rider himself.
