Tourism in rural areas already paying price for fuel hikes

As we head into the Easter school break, Reflection Holidays, the largest holiday group in New South Wales has released research data that finds Australian travellers will consider changing holiday plans if the price of fuel tips $3 per litre.

A survey of almost 9000 members found 62% said if fuel rose over the $3 mark they would look at changing plans by booking destinations closer to home…
