In the wake of national focus on the need for better treatment of our veterans, former Navy mechanic Wayne Craft - who has been living in Coonamble for the past eight years to be close to his mother - says he is frustrated with the lack of support veterans get after their service.
He served from 2003 to 2009 in Sydney and Melbourne, leaving the Navy 14 years ago due to a disc injury he sustained during exercises.
