TWO RETIRED residents have struck up a partnership with Coonamble Shire Council to plant and maintain a new avenue of trees in Charles Street Coonamble.
The new project was agreed to by councillors at their meeting on 8 May and follows the success of a similar project that Roley Green initiated five years . . .
