According to the federal Coalition Government, their current wage subsidy program has been responsible for helping more than 100,000 of the most disadvantaged Australians - many of them long-term unemployed welfare recipients - to gain a job in the last two to three years.
“The best form of welfare is a job,” Mr Coulton said. “Every Australian deserves a job to support themselves and their families.”
