Last semester was an exciting time at Quambone Public School as we had two 3D printers in our classroom.
This addition was part of the Department of Education's Technology for Learning (T4L) program and made our STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) lessons much more fun and engaging.
Building on the success of the T4L aeroponics kit we used the previous year, the 3D printers allowed students to design and create their own projects using Tinkercad, a simple online tool for 3D design.
