AT their meeting on Wednesday 9 November Coonamble Shire Council accepted a proposal from Lifeguard Services Australia (LSA) to take over the management of both Gulargambone and Coonamble public pools.
The contract comes off the back of unsuccessful attempts to attract qualified lifeguards to vacant positions in each town.
