WITH positive COVID-19 cases circulating once again within the community, it is important that locals are aware of the on-going rule changes. COVID-19 regulations around isolation, vaccination and testing changed after 14 October 2022. Mandatory isolation has been scrapped, those who test postive to COVID-19 no longer have to self- isolate at home.
Isolation is required for those with present symptoms including a runny nose, cough, sore throat, loss of taste or smell or high temperature. Pandemic leave disaster payments have also been scrapped.
