RECRUITMENT and retention of staff has continued to challenge Coonamble Shire Council but a spate of resignations by senior staff in recent weeks has left councillors and communities asking questions about the forces at work.
Around three weeks ago Water & Sewer Manager Max Vosoff handed in his notice and last Monday 5 December, the Executive Leader Infrastructure, Daniel Noble followed suit.
