Feeling very relaxed and excited to be competing, Abby Regan, daughter of Mark and Lyndy, ran in the QANTAS Melbourne Track Classic and Olympic Team Athletics Trials at Lakeside Stadium in Melbourne on March 3rd.
Abby was ‘over the moon’ when she received the invitation to run in the Women’s 1500m representing Australia.
All runners in her event were trying to qualify for the London Olympics and had sponsors; however Abby was there just for the experience.
