LAST Wednesday’s Coonamble cattle sale (15/3/23) was softer on most categories across the board with quality a factor in parts, a well finished quality run of cattle with good weight made up largely of cows and feeder cattle.
Good quality steers still made close to $4/kg while anything that lacked finish, quality or weight for age lost further ground on recent sales.
While cows only topped at 277c/kg . . .
