FOLLOWING the discussions with Council representatives at the March meeting of Coonamble Chamber of Commerce, a decision has been made to prepare a submission to Coonamble Shire Council on the matter.
“While our members have overwhelmingly welcomed Council’s intention to invest in reviving the main street, they have also raised a number of concerns over the proposal to purchase and demolish the Sons of the Soil Hotel for the purposes of attracting a supermarket,” said President Lucy Moss . . .
