WITHOUT an influx of new volunteers, local members of the Royal Far West hold fears for the future of their local branch.
“We have about nine members but our last two meetings, in April and May, have failed because we haven’t had a quorum,” said veteran volunteer Irene Reeves.“If we can’t get more support we will face closure.”
The Royal Far West children’s charity was formed in 1924 to help country children access vital specialist health services.
The organisation received early support from the Coonamble branch of the Country . . .
