FIONA O'Malley and CristyLee Gilmore both marked a decade of work in the same early childhood facility - Smartkids Childcare - on Friday 30 June.
Fiona had previously worked as a self-employed home-based Family Day Carer but had decided to seek a role with less disruption to her household.
At that time the Smartkids Child Care Centre was just being established by a Sydney-based owner.
