WITH enormous changes sweeping the industry, working in aged care is one of the most challenging in our community but Monday 7 August marked an important day to recognise and reflect on the contribution of our local aged care heroes.
It was Aged Care Employee Day and while it mightn't be the catchiest title it's time to say a giant 'thanks for caring' to our dedicated and compassionate aged care staff.
