The Terminus hotel has just welcomed an new member to its busy kitchen crew with the arrival of Eloy Rodriguez.
Eloy is from Argentina and was born and raised in the small town of Zarate north of Buenos Aires.
For the past 6 years he has been travelling the world working in kitchens in Ireland and Rome, and eventually finding his way to the kitchens in the ski fields of New Zealand . . .
