New statistics have confirmed that renting in Coonamble remains a tough task, and by some metrics is getting worse.
As of 13 February 2024 SQM Research, who track rental and mortgage statistics from across Australia found that over the past twelve months Coonamble has seen a 7.4 per cent increase in rent across all dwellings to $261.26 per week.
As for rental availability, which has remained an issue since COVID-19, it is much the same.Vacancy rates still . . .
