Coonamble Shire Council has agreed to donate back funds raised by the Quambone Resource Committee's (QRC) after it dissolved the committee’s status as a Section 355 of Council.
QRC is a volunteer-run committee which manages facilities like the Quambone Memorial Hall, tennis courts and sports grounds in Quambone.
The Section 355 is a status local councils . . .
