The most recent meeting of the Coonamble District Chamber of Commerce saw extensive discussion about the future of the Sons of the Soil Hotel site in Coonamble’s main street.
“We can’t say as a Chamber that we are for or against the demolition or the re-development,” said President Lucy Moss. “While there were some strong sentiments expressed at the meeting we are aware that among our wider membership there is probably the full spectrum of opinion.“However there are constant questions that we believe need to be clarified before the project proceeds much further . . .
