83-year-old, Carol Norton of Brewarrina, had “never won a thing in her life” until Tuesday 29 April when her name was drawn out in the Tour de ORAC raffle with first prize a Toyota Rav4.
Carol who has worked at Brewarrina Shire library for 22 years was shocked but excited when she heard the news.
