Coonamble's St Vincent De Paul Society has been awarded $1000 to support local services under a Federal Government grant for volunteer organisations.
The charity will put the money towards training and travel costs for volunteers under it's upcoming local 'Special Works' committee, including first aid, food safety and travelling to client's homes.
