What happens when 3G says goodbye?

Coonamble café owner Lucy Moss uses 3G where she lives 35 kilometres north of the town.

Despite claims from Telstra that its 4G network now largely covers the same area as its predecessor, Lucy says the newer network doesn’t reach her home.
