The Walgett Charity Bushmens Carnival is the latest Western Plains rider event to fall to this year’s usual rains after its committee was forced to cancel the rodeo this morning.
The Walgett Showground has been washed out, with so far almost 30 millimeters of rainfall in the town this week.
