Existing tobacco retailers in Coonamble say they have seen a drop in cigarette sales after two new specialty tobacconists opened in Castlereagh Street within days of each other.One opened on Friday 25 October, the other Sunday 27 October, and the outlets already seem to be engaging in a price war that last week has seen a packet of 20 cigarettes at one store sold for as little as nine dollars.Khan's Supermarket manager . . .
