Coonamble’s young champions competed against over 150 swimmers on Sunday 1 December at the Warren Swimming Carnival.The local swimmers took on children from areas including Gilgandra, Wellington and Nyngan across breaststroke, freestyle, backstroke and butterfly events.While it is still early in the season, some club members are already showing what they’re capable of when it comes to competition.Lydia Sheppard won first in the 50-metre butterfly and a second in the breaststroke and Dash . . .
