Members and friends of the Coonamble FIT gym started the sixth annual throwdown with a splash at the Coonamble pool on Saturday 7 December.
The 36 contestants went head to head in four events across two divisions throughout the day starting at 7am and finishing around lunchtime back at the shed.
This year marked the biggest throwdown so far.
