Questions around the redevelopment of the Sons of the Soil Hotel have become slightly clearer following the ordinary meeting of Coonamble Shire Council last Wednesday 12 February.
Melbourne-based construction company Contract Control Services signed an agreement to purchase the building from Council after a unanimous vote by the previous council on 6 August last year to accept the company’s offer.
