Former Coonamble Rugby League Club player Jesse Ramien was honoured ahead of his 150th NRL match on 29 March.
The Sharks centre hit the milestone in front of almost 12,000 spectators in the Saturday loss against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs at Sharks Stadium.
His partner Shell Gibbs presented his 150-game jersey on the day before the match, joined by his children Tallen and Teo.
