This term, the students and teachers have been busily repurposing, preparing and replanting our kitchen garden beds.
We have transformed the garden bed along the front of the 3-6 classroom into an edible garden, filled with herbs and strawberries, and some marigolds to add a pop of colour and attract bees to help with pollination.
In the wicking beds, we have removed and composted all the dead and overgrown plant matter.
