Very little changed this week in the Australian wool market, with a marginal one cent gain to the Eastern Market Indicator (EMI) bringing it to 1,204c/kg at the close.
The Australian dollar compared to the US dollar (USD) went down by 0.05 cents, hardly a currency movement to influence the market, as an unchanged opening day was followed by a one cent rise on the second.
When viewed in USD terms, the EMI was unchanged.
Movements in the individual Micron Price Guides (MPGs) were more varied.
