Australian Army Cadets Lieutenant Keely Harris wants to start a cadet unit in Coonamble.
Plans are in motion for Coonamble to have its own Army Cadet Unit.
Coonamble High School teacher Keely Harris hopes to have the unit up and running for at least 12 to 18-year-olds, with "around three" adults expressing interest in volunteering.
