A motorcycle rider has died in hospital after colliding with a SUV in Coonamble.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Hickey and Limerick Street in Coonamble at about 5.50pm on Saturday 14 June following reports of a crash.
Police arrived to find a Yamaha trail bike had collided with a Toyota SUV.
A police spokesperson said paramedics treated the rider – a 20-year-old man – for serious head and arm injuries before being taken to Coonamble Hospital in a serious condition.
