What a wonderful time to own livestock, a buoyant market is an understatement!
There are dry conditions around and yes, we need rain, however when you can sell a 10-year-old cow to market and return more than double her younger replacement or sell a 3-month-old store lamb for north of $150, it all just seems ok for another week.
Plenty of market gurus are jumping onboard forecasting even more upside in the next 18-24 months.
Given the expensive beef in America and the global demand for our meat . . .
