Coonamble High School (CHS) SLR students, led by Joel Gosden, assisted in the running of the Coonamble Public School (CPS) Athletics Carnival on Tuesday, 22nd July.
They assisted with measuring, raking, and encouraging good sportsmanship throughout the day.The young CPS students seemed to really enjoy having the older kids there to demonstrate techniques for the trickier events like shotput and discuss.
It was a great display of leadership and support.
