Over fifty land cruisers charted through Coonamble on their way to a stopover in Baradine on Tuesday 2 September, part of a 3000-kilometre journey raising money for farmer aid charity Farm Angels.
Around 110 travellers stopped for an afternoon tea at about 30 kilometres east of town, prepared by around a dozen local landholders along the Tooraweenah Road.
It was a way to return the charity's favour, who the locals say supported them in the dry years of the late 2010s.
