Two final year medical students from Sydney have experienced a taste of small town healthcare after a five-week stint at Coonamble Aboriginal Health Service (CAHS).
Western Sydney University (WSU) students Andrew Trajcevski and Abdul Umer saw the team in action with their patients as part of a placement focused on Indigenous health.
The two have also been joining events like the September NAIDOC Day to get a feel for the town.
