Liam Birks making a name in PBR

Young local product Liam Birks came out on top in the National Can-Am competition in his first year of Professional Bull Riding on 24 October.

Liam placed third at the Tamworth Can-Am Junior Academy Grand Finals, but he racked up enough points to put him in first place for the overall 2025 Professional Bull Riding (PBR) Australia Can-Am Junior Academy RISING STARS Champion.

While Bailey Searle from Willow Tree took home the top prize in the competition, Liam was than one point behind runner up, Noah Dingle.

Liam scored 75 . . .
