The last two names were drawn from the orange Buy Local barrel on Thursday 4 December ahead of the major prize draw on Saturday 13 December.
Sean Davis and Judy Moody both had their envelopes pulled from an increasingly well-stuffed barrel by volunteer Teresa Stanford.
Sean says he owes his win to wife Jay, who does the work of adding up the receipts they collect and putting them in the envelopes.
