Fresh from the NSW Police Force Academy, Sebastian Andrews is the newest face at Coonamble Police Station.
The 20-year-old probationary constable joined the crew in December 2025 within days of being assigned after he graduated.
Coonamble was his first preference.
“Historically, Coonamble’s very busy in terms of the work here,” Sebastian said.
“I think it’s putting yourself out of your comfort zone a little bit and trying to go to places that don’t get as much help as places like Newcastle and Tweed Heads.”
