Coonamble Bears president Paul Wheelhouse says the feeling is “pretty good” in the camp as training began in January ahead of the 2026 season.
Paul said the 1st grade side is currently pooling healthy numbers during their three-day-a-week training, with Daniel Sangster returning as coach.
The club is hoping to also field an under 18s, reserve and ladies league tag side, which are all waiting on a coach to be appointed.
