On Friday 6 June police officers Courtney and Leanne arrived on horseback to visit children in the Coonamble Childcare Services.
The two police horses General and Sergeant were a massive hit amongst the young children, who were able to pet them and ask the officers questions.
It was a cuteness overload when student Tommy reached out to kiss one of the horses on the nose!
Courtney and Leanne came down from Sydney for the rodeo, as part of an increased police presence for the event. They told the children not to be afraid . . .
