COONAMBLE Shire Council have outlined the possibility of recycling and prioritised a cleaner tip for Coonamble.
Shire Council management had identified the waste facility as a key area of improvement following an EPA asbestos prevention notice last year, and a council bus trip out to the facility on 8 March to assess the state of the facility.
