PHOTO: Adrian Lyons is very happy with this year’s summer sorghum crops at ‘Cariminyah’.
The summer sorghum harvest is bringing in an exceptional yield this year and Coonamble district growers are beyond pleased with the results.
Adrian Lyons has grown sorghum on his property, Caraminyah, between Coonamble and Tooraweenah for the past 10 years.
He uses around 25 percent of his 10,000-acre property for summer crops.
"It takes a bit of pressure off staff and lowers the weather risk," Mr Lyons said.
