All-abilities exercises have returned in Coonamble in June after a COVID-induced hiatus and aim to keep people moving after the popular aquafit sessions went into winter hibernation.
The twice-a-week sessions began on Monday 2 June at the St Barnabas Anglican Hall and are largely aimed at helping older residents stay active.
Participants can choose from morning or afternoon sessions that so far tend to draw around five to ten women, although men are also welcome.
