Coonamble Public School (CPS) has a special new student at school - Buddy the thirteen-week-old Labrador training to be a wellbeing dog.
Buddy is a part of the Dogs Connect program; an Australia-first wellbeing program that helps improve culture in schools by focusing on positive, meaningful, and sustainable connection.
Dogs Connect emphasise that the dogs are not therapy dogs – they are Wellbeing Dogs.
